I wanted to share a recent Mystery Shopper survey experience reported by one of our shoppers today. They were blown away by the service and had this to say (I have removed any reference to the client):
I just wanted to let you know that I was blown away by the level of service and professionalism I received when I visited XYZ this morning.
Never in my life have I had anyone exceed my expectations – it happened this morning, and my expectations were WELL exceeded.
I cannot speak highly enough of the sales advisor that I met with this morning and indeed all the staff on site.
Their level of professionalism and genuine interest in their customer and potential customers is to not only be admired, but held up as a model for all other XYZ’s to aspire to.
Thank you for the opportunity to ‘mystery shop’ such an outstanding business.
I speak for all Customer Experience Managers when I say this is a fantastic result for this particular organisation. This is what we all aspire to and yet it happens far too infrequently. However, little steps with a lot of perseverance and good feedback systems in place will eventually get you there. Listening to the customer is fundamental.
