Hoed NZ will undertake the mystery shopping element of the process, including store visits, calls to call centres and mystery shopping of service providers.
The accreditation process is robust and once accredited Consumer monitor each business via mystery shopping, feedback on their website and tracking of any complaints that come through to the Consumer NZ advisory service.
Businesses commit to the Code of Conduct, and Consumer keep an eye on them to ensure they continue to deliver exceptional customer service.
This gives Consumer members and all customers of the Consumer Trusted businesses an extra level of confidence they are shopping with a business that will deliver on the eight principles of the Consumer Code of Conduct and deliver a service beyond the minimum standards of consumer law.
