Getting back to the basics!

The following survey results suggest nothing has really changed in how a retailer promotes their business other than relying on the introduction of technology to assist with the message / promotional delivery. The fundamentals are still the same. Word of mouth, in-store displays with social media sites such as Facebook and others replacing the previously tried and tested advertising methods. Having a good product at a reasonable price, supported by great service and a smile is still the name of the game. The following top ratings are:
